We always face a difficult choice of basic additives with which to eat muesli. Very often milk is used for this. People suffering from lactose intolerance are happy to see the increasing availability of milk free of this sugar. Cow’s milk can be replaced with vegetable milk – such as rice milk, oat milk, almond milk or the well-known soy milk. You can eat tropical muesli just as well with kefir, natural or Greek yogurt. Depending on the amount of muesli, yogurt, or milk added, the meal may have a different texture.
What to add to tropical muesli?
An ideal addition to tropical muesli is certainly fresh fruit, even to a muesli so diverse in delicious ingredients. It is especially worth going for seasonal ones – exceptionally tasty and retaining the highest nutritional value. A good idea is to blend the fruits into a velvety mousse. A very cool idea is to add nuts, various types of seeds or jam. You can experiment in such a way that each of your breakfasts is completely different.
